Back from Ohio

It feels good to be home and sad that vacation is over. Andy and I flew to Ohio with his brother Phil for his (on his mom's side) Grandma and Grandpa's 50th Wedding Anniversary.

Thursday Day 1: This was the day that we flew to Ohio. It was also my mom's birthday so I called her before we left. We were going to catch the bus downtown to another bus that goes to the airport. Well we missed our transfer and missed the bus to the airport. We could have waited for the next bus in 30 minutes but we decided that we might be pushing it and we took a cab instead. When we got to the airport it seemed like we could have waited for the bus instead but you never know. 12:00 am (Ohio time) we arrived at the Cleveland airport. Andy's Aunt Linda and cousin Marissa were there to pick us up. Linda lives about 10 mins from the airport in Parma Ohio.
Friday Day 2: The next day we went to the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. It was cool because we got to see more of the cousins. We had a large group. Me, Andy, Phil, aunt Linda, uncle Doug, cousins: Marissa, Allison, Rachael, Lydia, Grace.... I think that is it????? Afterwards we all went to Grandma and Grandpa's for Pizza.
Saturday Day 3: Rachael, Phil, Andy and I all went to the beach. Until we had to get to aunt Kathleen's house for the anniversary party. At the party we had a huge dinner, cake, and family photos. It was very nice.
Sunday Day 4: We met Andy's cousins Nicole, Krystal, and Eddie (on his dad's side of the family) and we went to their private beach. After that we went to his aunt Bobbie's house for a family get-together on his dad's side of the family. Deak (his dad) was also there. He had planned a trip to Ohio not knowing that we were going to be there too.
Monday Day 5: We went hiking to Indian Point with Nicole, Krystal, and Krystal's boyfriend Jim. This day was the 27th and Andy's and my 2 year anniversary. So later we went out on the town in Cleveland for dinner and dessert. It was nice.
Tuesday Day 6: Back to Denver. I thought I had to go to work as soon as we landed. I call work to tell them I was going to be late and it turns out that I didn't have to work at all thank goodness.
